Staff at the Howard venue in Hextable have worked hard to make the studios Covid Secure.

The studios will be fully sanitised before each class.

There is a maximum of spaces per class so that from the edge of the mat to the edge of the mat there is 2 meters space.

With the enhanced cleaning and so much space, I felt very safe.

At the end of the morning classes, there is the option to stay for a tea/coffee outside the venue from the Venue’s takeaway bar.

Yoga is a community!

Under Covid Secure regulations I am unable to provide any yoga equipment, including mats so please everything you would like to use to the class.

If you don’t have a yoga mat I can sell you and brand new budget yoga mat for £8 which comes cellophane wrapped and fresh for you.

Please wear comfortable clothing that is suitable for exercise and allows for a full range of movement.  We practice barefoot.

It is not advisable to eat a full meal before a yoga class.  Traditionally yoga is practiced on an empty stomach, however, I find that students may prefer to eat a light snack a couple of hours before practicing to ensure their energy level is stable.
