For Online Yoga Classes, the first online class is FREE

  • For you to come and see if the class is right for you.
  • If you pay for a 6 or 12 class pass, you can use the credits to attend any of my online classes within a 7 week period. 
For In-Person Yoga Classes at the Howard Venue
 
  • Class sizes are limited and so all participants must book in advance.
  • If you pay for a 4 or 8 any-class pass, you can use the credits to attend any of my classes within a 5 week period. 
  • If you pay for a 6 any-class pass, you can use the credits to attend any of my classes within a 7 week period. 

For All Live Yoga Classes – both in-person and online

  • If you book in and then find you can't make a class for any reason, you will need to delete your booking from the system in order to be able to be recredited.
  • I will not be able to refund you or re-credit you for the class you didn't attend if you haven't deleted your booking from the system.
  • Refunds on drop-ins are by discretion and discretionary refunds will be minus a percentage that the system charges on all transactions.  

The studios in the Howard Venue are fully sanitised every day.  Touch surfaces are regularly cleaned. 

There is a maximum of spaces per class so that you can relax knowing the classes will never be overcrowded.

Yoga is a community!  At the end of the morning classes, there is the option to stay for tea or coffee in the Venue's cafe/bar. 

Please wear comfortable clothing that is suitable for exercise and allows for a full range of movement.  We practice barefoot.

It is not advisable to eat a full meal before a yoga class.  Traditionally yoga is practiced on an empty stomach, however, I find that students may prefer to eat a light snack a couple of hours before practicing to ensure their energy level is stable.
