Have you always wanted to do a handstand?
Do you remember how fun they used to be when you were a child?
This course is for those who want to have fun and work on their strength and skill in relation to yoga handstands. The course will be over 9 weeks to give you time to build strength and mobility and develop skills and strategies.
Commitment: 2 hours a week over 9 weeks
Week 1: 1 hour live online class with me, plus 1 hour recorded class to take in your own time later that week
Week 2: 1 hour live online class with me, plus 1 hour recorded class to take in your own time later that week
Week 3: 2 hour in-person workshop with me
This schedule will be repeated another 2 times over the next 6 weeks

From the 17th of May 2021 organised indoor sport and indoor group exercise classes in studios, gyms, and community facilities will hopefully be allowed to resume here in the UK. This is the date I am expecting to be able to go back to teaching indoor group classes. How this will work in practice, i.e. what social distancing rules will be in place, etc, is still to be communicated, and depending on how many people I can fit into the room will affect the cost, location, and dates of this course.
