Focussing on deep stretches to release tension in the body, meditation and breathing techniques to release tension in the mind, and a long relaxation known as Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra can bring incredible calmness, quietness & clarity, allowing us to connect to our unconscious mind, set our intentions and make a resolve for the year ahead.
Please note there will be a short 10-minute refreshment break in the middle of this workshop.
