I am probably one of the oldest pupils in Clair’s yoga class.
I have been enjoying my yoga for 3 years and I know it has really helped me to keep my body fit and healthy and to alleviate previous back problems that I had.
I also really think that the breathing techniques are invaluable as they help with my asthma
Clair is a very sympathetic teacher and never pushes you beyond your limits and I would thoroughly recommend Clair to anyone wishing to take up yoga as she also has a lovely personality.
