Yoga and Meditation Classes in Sidcup, Bexley, Chislehurst and Hextable, Kent with Clair Yates

I really thought my active days were behind me mainly because of lower back pain inflicted on me by my job.  I had read a lot about Yoga and it's benefits but typically thought it was a girl thing, never convinced I carried on in agony I sometimes could not stand up straight or walk on the bad days. After trying chiropractors, physiotherapy, acupuncture etc I thought I would try Yoga. I joined Clair's sessions hoping I wouldn't be the only bloke there and I wasn't and I felt part of the group immediately, everyone is friendly. Clair is an excellent teacher and makes it fun and enjoyable I love her enthusiasm and her complete belief in Yoga and it's benefits. Except for the odd twinge my back problems have  gone in the year I have been going to Yoga. In January I joined a local running club I could hardly run a few hundred meters 7 months later I am running 10K continuously, I do stamina training (hill running) and average 20k running weekly. I work harder, play harder, sleep better and at 57 feel fit and strong I put this down to Yoga and Clair giving me the confidence to practice on my own. Would I say Yoga changed my life, No I wouldn't. But I would say Clair and Yoga changed my life.  Thank you Clair.
