Yoga has significantly helped me. I play a lot of golf and for the past 18 months have been struggling with playing to my handicap. After coming off the course one day I realised how stiff I had been. I then started attending Yoga classes and doing stretches. Within 6 weeks I am now reaping the benefits - I can now play to my handicap. I also do a stressful job where I have also felt a major improvement, I now attend a class once a week and do stretches at home on alternate days. I wish I had found this 5 years ago.
